Before adjusting your APN settings, please confirm that:

  • You are at your destination.

  • Your SIM card is correctly inserted.

  • Data roaming is enabled for your SIM card.

  • In case you are using dual SIM cards, make sure that you have selected the Textr SIM as your primary source for mobile data.
