How to Check if Your Android Device is Carrier Unlocked

For Android devices: Does My Phone Unlocked?

To determine if your Android device is carrier unlocked, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings

2. Tap on Connections

3. Tap on Mobile networks

4. Tap on Network operators

If only one result comes back from Search, or if the Search Networks option is unavailable in the Networks menu, then your phone is locked to the carrier.

If your phone shows several available networks, it is unlocked. 

Please note that different android devices may display different names for the button.
