You can check the status of data plans for different devices in the "My Data Plans" section of your account. Here's how:
Data Plan Status Display:
In the "My Data Plans" section, you'll find an overview of all the data plans linked to your account and devices.
It displays information on "Pending," "Valid," and "Expired" data plans.
To check the status of a data plan, simply select the respective tab for "Pending," "Valid," or "Expired."
Valid Data Plans:
To view details of a valid data plan:
Go to the "My Data Plans" section and select the "Valid" tab.
Here, you'll see the devices linked to your account and their data plan statuses (active or ready).
"Active" means the data plan is already activated on your device, while "Ready"means that the data plan has not been activated and cannot access data yet. If you want to activate your data plan, please turn on Textr eSIM and enable Data Roaming in your phone Settings after arriving at the destination.
Installing eSIM on a Device:
If you have an inactive data plan and want to install it on a device:
Click on the data plan and choose "Install eSIM and Access Data."
Follow the provided instructions to download and install the eSIM on your device.
Expired Data Plans:
In the "My Data Plans" section, you can find information about expired data plans and the associated devices.
This helps you keep track of previous data plans and their expiration dates.
Pending Data Plans:
If your data plan is in a "Pending" status, it may be due to the following reasons:
New Purchase: It takes time for the system to process your order and assign the plan to your account.
Payment Verification: Delay in verifying your payment or additional verification steps are required.
