Textr eSIM maintains a strict no-cancellation and no-exchange policy. However, we recognize that your plans may change, and our goal is to offer a policy that accommodates these changes as much as possible. Below is an outline of our return and refund policy for our eSIM and SIM cards:

Returns/Refund Policy for eSIM

1. Acceptable Refund

You may be eligible to request a refund if you meet both of the following criterias:

  • You have not installed eSIM.

  • You have not activated the data plan.

Please send your request to support@textrapp.com within 7 days of your purchase date. After this period, requests will no longer be considered.

2. Unacceptable Refund

  • If the eSIM is installed, even if the data plan is not activated, refunds cannot be processed.

  • Purchases made using a referral code, coupon, or credit are non-refundable.

Textr eSIM reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is any evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent activities that are connected with using Textr eSIM products and services.

Refund Eligibility Before Shipping

  • Cancellation and Refund: If your plans change before we have shipped your SIM card, you are eligible for a full refund. We recommend that you review your order carefully and make any necessary changes before the SIM card is dispatched.

Policy After Shipping

  • No Return or Refund: Once your SIM card has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the security and integrity of our products.

Delivery Information Accuracy

  • Responsibility of Users: It is crucial that you provide accurate delivery information at the time of your order. You can review and modify your delivery details until the SIM card is shipped.

  • Post-Shipment Changes: Unfortunately, once your SIM card is on its way, you will not be able to change the delivery information. Incorrect information provided by the user does not qualify for a return or refund.

  • Additional Charges:  Should you need to change the delivery information after shipment, please contact our customer service team. Be aware that this may result in additional charges.
