Textr eSIM does not accept any cancellations or exchanges.
For more details, please refer to the following conditions for our refund policy:
1. Acceptable Refund
You may be eligible to request a refund if you meet both of the following criterias
- You have not installed eSIM.
- You have not activated the data plan.
Please send your request to support@textrapp.com within 7 days of your purchase date. After this period, requests will no longer be considered.
2. Unacceptable Refund
- If you have already installed Textr eSIM, even though you have not activated the data plan yet, you are not eligible for a refund.
- If you have used a referral code, coupon, or credit to purchase a data plan, the purchase is considered non-refundable.
