Textr eSIM does not accept any cancellations or exchanges.
For more details, please refer to the following conditions for our refund policy:

1. Acceptable Refund

You may be eligible to request a refund if you meet both of the following criterias
  • You have not installed eSIM.
  • You have not activated the data plan.
Please send your request to support@textrapp.com within 7 days of your purchase date. After this period, requests will no longer be considered.

2. Unacceptable Refund

  • If you have already installed Textr eSIM, even though you have not activated the data plan yet, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you have used a referral code, coupon, or credit to purchase a data plan, the purchase is considered non-refundable.
Textr eSIM reserves the right to refuse any form of refund if there is any evidence of abuse, violation of our terms and conditions, or any fraudulent activities that are connected with using Textr eSIM products and services.
