Welcome to Textr eSIM! Our Business Account is designed for travel agencies and resellers who want to provide mobile data solutions across the globe. Whether you're managing travel services, selling connectivity, or travel influencers, Text eSIM allows you to order, assign, and manage eSIMs and SIM cards efficiently.
This guide walks you through everything from setting up a business account to managing devices, data plans, billing, and more.
1. How to Open a Textr eSIM Business Account
Setting up a business account is simple and takes just a few minutes. Here's how:
Log In or Sign Up
Visit Textr eSIM App or Website.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up with your email, Google or Apple account.
Apply for Business Account
After logging in, go to Settings.
Click Apply for Business Account.
Submit Business Information
Fill in all required business details such as your company name, registration number, and contact information.
Submit the application for review.
Wait for Approval
Applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days.
You’ll receive a notification once your application is approved or disapproved.
Switch to Business Mode
Once approved, go to Settings and toggle off Traveler Mode.
Your account will display a Verified label, indicating that it is now a business account.
If your application is not approved, you can edit your information and resubmit.
2. How the Textr eSIM Business Account Works
Once your account is verified, you’ll gain access to Textr’s business tools for ordering and managing connectivity for your clients.
Key Features:
Order eSIMs or SIM Cards for over 130+ destinations
Prepaid Model: The minimum order amount is $50 USD, which is added to your business account as credit.
Flexible Management: Assign and manage data plans based on your clients' needs.
Example Workflow:
Let’s say your client needs a 10GB China data plan:
Go to the China Data Plan page.
Select the 10GB plan and click Check Out.
Assign the data plan to:
An eSIM;
Or a SIM Card
Use your prepaid credit to complete the order.
Share the eSIM installation guide (QR code or activation code) with your client.
Your client activates the eSIM at their destination and connects to the internet.
SIM Card Shipping:
If your clients prefer physical SIM cards, we currently ship to Mainland China, the USA, and Canada.
Once the data plan is purchased, the SIM card will be shipped to your client with an installation guide.
3. Managing Your Data Plans, eSIMs/SIM Cards, and Devices
Stay organized with powerful tools for managing everything in one place.
Data Plans:
Go to My Data Plans to view:
Pending: Plans waiting for activation
Valid: Active data plans
Expired: Plans that have expired
Filter by eSIM or SIM card
Or search using the ICCID number to quickly locate specific plans
Devices & SIM Cards:
Visit Settings > Manage Devices & SIMs
Rename and label devices and SIM cards for easier tracking.
Archive devices that are no longer in use.
4. Managing Billing and Payments
Keep track of your business spending with clear and organized billing tools.
To view your billing:
Go to Settings > Billing
Review:
Order and data plan history
Payment records
Account balance
To download a record, click Export Summary.
5. Placing Custom Orders
Have a special requirement? You can submit a custom request directly.
How to request a custom order:
Go to Settings > Order Request
Fill out the request form with:
Destination(s)
Data duration
Quantity
eSIM or SIM card preference
Submit the request and our team will follow up to assist you.
